  • Customer Service Agent ensuring satisfying vehicle deliveries for POTTHOFF. Collaborating within a team for seamless vehicle handovers and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting handovers of customers' dream vehicles
  • Preparing documentation for vehicle delivery
  • Delivering the vehicle to the customer
  • Providing a detailed explanation of the vehicle, including all technical functions, during the handover

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical vocational training
  • Some prior work experience
  • Interest in automobiles
