Responsibilities
Support the preparation of materials for quarterly and annual results disclosures (earnings releases, presentations, scripts, and Q&As);
Develop and execute the communication plan for investors and analysts;
Prepare and review institutional disclosure materials: press releases, presentations, material facts, shareholder notices, market communications and other regulatory documents;
Organize and conduct conference calls, roadshows and one‑on‑one investor meetings;
Monitor and analyze financial indicators, comparing our performance against market benchmarks;
Respond to inquiries from shareholders, analysts and regulatory bodies (CVM, B3);
Support the Management Committee in strategic decisions and distribution policies;
Manage the flow of internal information to ensure consistency and compliance in disclosures;
Manage departmental activities such as shareholder base management, website updates, preparation of materials for the C‑Level, IRM updates and targeting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Law, International Relations or related fields;
Advanced/Fluent English;
Proven track record at companies listed on B3 or abroad, especially with exposure to Novo Mercado and interactions with the CVM and B3;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
Familiarity with corporate finance, accounting and capital markets concepts;
Basic Power BI, Python or VBA (desirable);
Knowledge of financial statements, accounting, aspects of financial and tax operations, capital markets and investor relations;
