About the role

  • Pricing Specialist supporting sales decisions at Milestone Systems, ensuring competitiveness while optimizing margins and profitability. Collaborate with regional sales teams and senior leadership in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales organization with timely, data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Reviewing and responding promptly to discount and pricing requests.
  • Helping ensure our pricing is competitive while protecting and optimizing margins.
  • Supporting regional sales teams in setting profitability targets and defining actions to achieve them.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and quality assurance function for regional sales leadership and the Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on pricing and contributing to the development of future pricing models and structures.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to create holistic, data-driven recommendations for senior and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience working with complex business problems, e.g. as a business analyst, management consultant, or similar.
  • A master’s degree in economics and business administration or similar.
  • Experience from a commercial or strategic role in the software / tech industry
  • Ideally some pricing experience, although it is not a requirement.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
