Responsibilities
Manage client accounts post-sales and own the full account lifecycle
Support pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment activities
Conduct 30-day and 60-day check-ins and monthly client calls
Ensure proper platform and robot usage
Act as Tier 1 support and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Share product updates and gather client feedback
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Requirements
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Ability to manage a high volume of client interactions
Organized and comfortable multitasking
**Experience & Tools**
Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles
Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools such as HubSpot
Marketing or analytics tools are a plus
