Responsibilities
Execute on Relationship Manager requests received via the IRM mailbox
Manage the internal RFP rebid process as assigned
Utilize internal systems and departmental collaboration to generate reports and other documents
Develop and present formatted and adhoc reports to internal and external audience requiring a high degree of accuracy and understanding. i.e., plan benchmarking, plan activities, plan intelligence documents, etc.
Develop, present, and document key findings that can drive process, team performance, and/or customer service improvements to senior audiences
Partner with RM leadership on strategic initiatives as necessary
Research channel, market and industry trends, opportunities, and threats
Requirements
3-5+ years’ experience in reporting, analysis and/or strategy that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and balance multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines
Strong organizational skills
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors)
