About the role

  • Sales Account Manager responsible for developing chromatography and mass spectrometry solutions in France. Engaging with clients in various sectors including Chemistry, Pharma, and Environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product business with existing clients and new prospects
  • Anticipate and respond to customer needs and tender requests with short-, medium- and long-term business plans
  • Take responsibility for complex sales cycles (annual and multi-year subscriptions) and manage relationships with the various stakeholders involved (internal & external)
  • Define development strategies for key accounts
  • Model and present commercial proposals and ROI plans to our clients
  • Ensure the availability of resources to successfully deliver your projects
  • Monitor sales performance across the solutions portfolio
  • Work closely with field marketing, equipment sales, product specialists, and back-office teams

Requirements

  • University degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of chromatography, mass spectrometry, and/or atomic/molecular spectroscopy
  • Significant experience selling these solutions OR experience as an end-user of these products
  • Good command of English (particularly reading comprehension)
