Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in HR/Talent programs, PMO, or L&D with proven ownership of enterprise programs.
  • Experience mapping employee journeys and operationalizing feedback loops.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort leading cross‑functional work.
  • Familiarity with NETA certification pathways or technical workforce programs.
  • Tools: Dayforce (or similar HRIS), SharePoint/Teams, Excel/Power BI; event coordination platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data‑informed decision making.
