About the role

  • Junior Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment process at METRO, leading the selection and interviewing of candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the end to end recruitment life cycle of the various vacancies;
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Establish relationships with internal customers
  • Deliver results and effectively manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Recruitment role
  • Familiar with HR metrics
  • Computer literate and social media user
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Methodical with attention to detail
  • Flexibility and can do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Optimistic, energetic, outgoing with great energy
