About the role
- Junior Architecture Analyst developing architectural projects using Revit. Engage in various project phases with focus on quality within budget and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of architectural projects in Revit across different stages: preliminary study, schematic design, and final construction documentation. Ensuring delivery that meets deadlines and quality requirements at optimal cost;
- Review client requests to determine the necessary conditions and materials for service execution;
- Manage project revision control and verify compatibility/coordination between disciplines;
- Develop technical feasibility studies for analysis and approval of process costs;
- Analyze and validate survey/measurement data conducted;
- Coordinate the architectural design with other disciplines;
- Support construction, permitting, finance, and other departments to update and control projects and systems;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Revit is required
