Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the definition, maintenance and adherence analysis to drive continuous improvement of processes, documenting them in normative documents, measuring quality through indicators, and proposing and monitoring corrective/improvement action plans to mitigate structural gaps.
Support the design and implementation of processes related to the area’s activities;
Assist in the preparation and updating of policies and other normative documents;
Support the definition and monitoring of metrics tied to processes;
Conduct adherence analyses to map and promote improvements in process design, using methodologies and industry best practices focused on risk management and process improvement;
Prepare reports on normative documents, processes and action plans;
Monitor KPIs related to the processes under responsibility;
Monitor tests performed by external areas and their deliverables;
Support the development of corrective/improvement action plans to mitigate structural gaps and coordinate the progress of these plans with the responsible parties;
Monitor certification activities;
Support the design and review of SOX controls;
Support the evaluation of audit controls.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
Preferred: experience in access management and user profile administration;
Preferred: experience providing technical support to internal teams;
Preferred: experience in vendor management and supplier relations;
Knowledge of administrative processes;
Preferred: experience in preparing reports and metrics;
Preferred: experience in controlling and updating records and documentation;
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
