About the role
- Credit Portfolio Senior Analyst responsible for credit migration analysis and portfolio management. Conducting credit reviews and developing policy recommendations in coordination with Risk Management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct credit reviews, credit approval and monitoring the portfolio to identify credit migration
- Manage Citi's portfolio exposure to clients and counterparties globally
- Develop recommendations to adjust credit policies by analyzing credit and financial performance
- Utilize Statistical Analysis System (SAS) in a UNIX environment to perform risk, financial and data analyses
- Research customer and/or management queries using risk systems and data
- Participate in developing, testing, and optimizing credit policies, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance
- Prepare risk management presentations for senior management
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made and demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation
Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of commercial risk analytics
- Ability to apply credit and risk principles toward business goals
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a sense of urgency
- Proven ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects
- Proven interpersonal, organizational and analytic skills
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
