About the role
- Credit Analyst managing credit processes to assess risks and optimize the lending portfolio. Collaborating with teams to support credit evaluations and financial sustainability at Stone.
Responsibilities
- Assess the creditworthiness of customers and prospects, considering financial data, credit history and registration/profile information;
- Analyze financial statements, risk indicators and other relevant information to support credit-granting decisions;
- Identify, measure and classify credit risks, ensuring adherence to internal policies and guidelines;
- Prepare clear, consistent and well-substantiated technical reports to support decision-making;
- Collaborate with the commercial team, clarifying analysis points and supporting the structuring of proposals;
- Contribute to mitigating financial risks and to the sustainability of the credit portfolio;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in credit analysis or similar financial roles;
- Experience with financial analysis, risk assessment and interpretation of credit indicators.
