About the role

  • Marketing Specialist supporting organizational and administrative tasks for the Brand Marketing team at Messe Berlin. Overseeing marketing campaigns, project management, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Support all organizational and administrative tasks of the Brand Marketing team
  • Take on independent (sub-)projects within Messe Berlin’s marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and optimize online marketing campaigns
  • Manage order processing and invoicing for marketing campaigns and projects
  • Coordinate external service providers (e.g., agencies, photographers)

Requirements

  • University degree or commercial vocational training with a focus on marketing
  • Practical experience in planning and coordinating marketing activities
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Ideally experience with CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) or ad managers (e.g., LinkedIn or Facebook)
