Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and advance content, digital communication, and brand engagement strategies for Grupo Artesanal across digital channels;
Work within the Digital Marketing Management team, focusing on social media, video production, influencers, and strengthening the brands' digital presence;
Ensure consistency between content, campaigns, and business objectives, in collaboration with performance, CRM, and e-commerce teams;
Plan and implement the content strategy for the Artesanal, Drogaderma, Healthline, and Attivi brands, developing editorial themes and content calendars;
Manage social media channels, monitor reach, engagement, and growth metrics, and propose continuous optimizations;
Coordinate the production of audiovisual content, supporting scripts, briefs, schedules, approvals, and vendors;
Plan and execute influencer campaigns and digital partnerships, tracking deliverables and results;
Work collaboratively with Sales, Franchise, Medical Relations, and agency teams;
Organize requests, deadlines, deliverables, and vendors, and support consolidation of results and executive presentations.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Previous experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content and social media.
Experience in editorial planning, content production, and influencer management.
Preferred: experience with health, beauty, or retail brands, as well as experience with video production or social media analytics.
