Responsibilities
Support in marketing automation, e.g., email marketing using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Creation and preparation of reports and analyses using Google Analytics and Power BI
Evaluation of campaign performance
Support for the technical maintenance and updating of the company website
Participation in the development and implementation of digital marketing projects, e.g., A/B tests, landing page creation, and newsletter marketing
Conducting research on current trends and new marketing technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI)
Analysis and optimization of processes with a focus on automation potential
Support for testing and quality assurance of digital initiatives
Requirements
Advanced studies in communications, business or media studies, computer science, business informatics, or a comparable degree program
Initial practical experience with marketing automation tools and CMS (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Basic knowledge of SEO/SEA and data-driven marketing
Interest in web technologies
Strong analytical skills and confident handling of data and data analysis
Committed, independent and structured working style with high initiative and strong team skills
Very good written and spoken German and English
Experience with agile methods and project management tools desirable
