Marketing Communication Manager responsible for integrated marketing and communications strategies for Merz Aesthetics. Leading brand governance and international campaigns across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
You develop and implement a result-driven brand marketing strategy and multi-platform activation plan for Merz Aesthetics to achieve business goals.
You oversee regional brand governance and harmonization across EMEA, identify portfolio opportunities, and lead combination activations with Brand Managers.
You drive strategic consumer portfolio approaches and key initiatives, including development, harmonization, and execution (DTC/B2B2C).
You oversee the rollout and regional development of international brand campaigns, portfolio projects, and marketing materials, and contribute to digital strategy for Merz Aesthetics brand representation for key stakeholders.
You support portfolio activations, and sponsorships by collaborating with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
You collaborate on full marketing part of key events and congresses to maximize the brand exposure.
You analyze consumer trends, competition, and market data to recommend strategies for market share and sales growth as well as collaborate with local teams to translate insights into effective marketing plans.
You lead growth opportunities, including trend reporting, new launches, and strategic partnerships as well as introduce innovative brand activation approaches and provide regional feedback in global innovation meetings.
You liaise with central teams (Supply Chain, R&D, Medical, Finance, Commercial Excellence) and external partners to build a leading business strategy.
You align with Medical Affairs on scientific and medical insights to ensure compliance and safe usage of the brand.
Requirements
You have a university degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience.
You have at least 2 years of experience in functional marketing or brand management roles, preferably within Pharma, Medical Aesthetics, FMCG, OTC/OTX, or Skincare/Active Cosmetics.
You ideally have experience in both local and international/multicultural settings.
You are customer and consumer insights oriented.
You have expertise in brand marketing and ability to develop, write and implement strategic, integrated communications and marketing plans as well as first expertise in developing international campaigns.
You have strong overall business acumen and strategic mindset including understanding of budgeting, planning, advertising and promotions.
You have ability to develop KPIs, goals and benchmarks to drive the performance of campaigns and projects.
You possess strong project management skills.
You have a call to action, are flexible, results-oriented, and thrive in dynamic, challenging environments.
You take initiative and have a team and collaborative mindset.
You have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
You are proficient in MS Office.
