  • Technical Manager overseeing technical operations and team at MERKUR SPIELBANK Siegburg. Responsible for maintenance, project implementation, and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Technical team leadership and shift planning
  • Maintenance and servicing of all equipment and systems
  • Ensuring operational functionality and safety of systems
  • Execution of technical projects and conversions, such as installing new gaming machines or carrying out renovation work
  • Coordination and liaison with external service providers
  • Handling security-related matters
  • Support with technical work both indoors and outdoors
  • Compliance with company policies and the additional regulations of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia

Requirements

  • Completed technical qualification, ideally in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, IT, or a comparable discipline
  • Knowledge of maintenance and repair of electronic systems and equipment
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a structured working style
  • Solution-oriented thinking and a hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Confident user of MS Office and technical administration/management software
