Responsibilities
Central communication interface between physicians, medical staff, administration and external partners
Analysis and optimization of practice processes
Analysis of business and quality-related key performance indicators
Management and coordination of daily practice operations, ensuring smooth workflows
Analysis of staffing levels and structured personnel planning
Evaluation of personnel costs in relation to service and billing data
Coordination of shift/roster planning and support for recruiting, onboarding and personnel development processes
Monitoring and optimization of billing processes
Responsibility for quality management, internal reviews, external audits, and maintenance of practice standards and process documentation
Requirements
Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA), ideally with further qualification as a Practice Manager, Certified Healthcare Business Administrator (Fachwirt im Gesundheitswesen) or equivalent qualifications
Several years of experience in the outpatient care sector, preferably in a Medical Care Center (MVZ)
Structured, independent and responsible working style
Very good understanding of business management principles and solid knowledge of billing procedures
Confident use of practice management software and MS Excel as controlling and analysis tools
Strong communication skills, decisiveness and resilience
