About the role

  • Floormanager overseeing guest service and operational tasks in a gaming hall. Responsibilities include managing staff, serving guests, and handling IT systems and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Guest service (food and beverages) and explaining games to players
  • Player protection, including conducting exclusion and advisory meetings
  • Operation of IT systems for gaming operations and accounting
  • Inspection of machines (including meter readings and minor repairs)
  • Preparation of reports and logs
  • Supervising, scheduling and onboarding staff in the gaming hall
  • Administrative tasks (e.g., duty scheduling, reporting)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in gaming hall operations
  • Strong customer-service orientation
  • Conflict-resolution and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good German language skills
