Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment between the IT roadmap and the Group's business priorities
- Lead the Business Solutions team
- Ensure the coherence and evolution of the information system (ERP, satellite applications, interfaces, CRM, PIM, …)
- Plan and prioritize activities: maintenance, enhancements, projects…
- Foster a "business partner" mindset and ensure projects/enhancements are delivered OTIFAC
- Define the Group's IT/Business governance
- Ensure the delivery of projects/enhancements OTIFAC
- Manage contractual and operational relationships with vendors
- Oversee implementation, enhancement or migration projects for applications
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end ERP implementation
- Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in application management, IT project management or leading application teams
- Good knowledge of ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Dynamics, Infor, Sage X3, etc.)
- Knowledge of application architectures (APIs, ETL, databases, integration)
- Solid understanding of business processes (finance, logistics, production, HR, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (V-model, Agile)
- Ability to unite and motivate a team
- Fluent English required; German is a plus
