Responsibilities
- Responsible for purchasing activities relating to supplier safety, cost, quality, delivery and service for production parts and new model parts development at HMMA.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure an efficient and professional operation consistent with corporate vision.
- Mentor and develop Team Members, fostering their growth through regular engagement and training.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- 5 – 10 years job related experience with supervisory duties preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible supply chain experience desired
- OEM or parts components supplier experience desired
- Long-term planning and strategy development experience desired
- Bilingual – Ability to read, write, and speak English and Korean fluently
- Proficient computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- SAP or equivalent ERP system(s) desired
- Proficient knowledge about automotive component supply chain quality control and manufacturing processes
- Business / Technical Writing: Crafting and delivering professional emails, reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate complex information in a clear and accessible way to various audiences.
- Negotiation and Persuasion: Effectively communicating ideas and influencing others.
