About the role

  • E-Learning Specialist developing and expanding digital learning content for MERKUR GROUP. Preparing complex learning content and collaborating on strategic projects with the HR development team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategic development and expansion of digital learning content for companies within the MERKUR GROUP.
  • Preparing complex learning content tailored to target audiences and designed to support learning.
  • Designing and producing e-learning courses for long-term, needs-based qualification of employees.
  • Strengthening and further developing the department's structures and processes.
  • Collaborating with the HR Development team on strategic and cross-departmental projects.

Requirements

  • University degree in Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy, Psychology, Business or Organizational Psychology, Business Education, Human Resources Development, or a related field.
  • Experience designing and producing digital learning content and at least two years' professional experience in HR development.
  • Ability to quickly and thoroughly grasp complex technical topics and communicate them clearly.
  • Strong didactic and methodological expertise.
