Responsibilities
Build and lead a team of Executive Coaches and Organizational Development Specialists
Design and implement enterprise coaching development strategy
Curate partnerships with top-tier executive coaching firms to build capacity
Design and launch scalable coaching intake and matching process
Partner with senior leaders and Human Resources Business Partner teams to identify organizational challenges, align organizational development strategies and drive adoption of new frameworks and best practices
Conduct thorough assessments of organizational health, culture, and effectiveness to identify areas for improvement
Deliver 1:1 and team coaching engagements at the executive level
Lead initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines, shape organizational culture, and drive large-scale change management
Develop cutting-edge, evidence-based leadership programs that blend neuroscience, technology, and human-centered practices to create measurable impact
Measure the effectiveness of Executive Coaching and Organizational Development interventions
Requirements
10+ years of experience in leadership and organizational development, including but not limited to intervention design, development, and delivery
5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
5+ years of experience in facilitation, consulting, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level
5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Certified in and experience debriefing 360 and other psychometric assessments, e.g. Hogan, at the executive level
5+ years of executive-level coaching experience including a minimum of Associate Certified Coach certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or equivalent governing body
Experience in conducting organizational assessments and implementing strategic initiatives
