You are at least in your third semester of a degree in Business Administration (BWL), Psychology, or a comparable field of study
You enjoy HR work and have some initial practical experience in this area
You are willing to take responsibility and enjoy working independently
You have strong organizational and communication skills
You are proficient with MS Office and social media
