About the role

  • Intern supporting HR and Organizational Development projects at the bank in Düsseldorf. Involving in strategic projects, learning management systems, and applicant management.

Responsibilities

  • You'll be trusted and given freedom from day one
  • We encourage independent, responsible work as well as ideas and solution-oriented thinking and action
  • You will work on strategic projects in leadership and employee development, organizational development, talent management, and employer branding
  • Support in implementing our new Learning Management System
  • Independent applicant management and internal selection procedures for junior talent, and participation as an observer in assessment centers

Requirements

  • You are at least in your third semester of a degree in Business Administration (BWL), Psychology, or a comparable field of study
  • You enjoy HR work and have some initial practical experience in this area
  • You are willing to take responsibility and enjoy working independently
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills
  • You are proficient with MS Office and social media
