- Build and lead a team of Executive Coaches and Organizational Development Specialists
- Design and implement enterprise coaching development strategy

- Partner with senior leaders and Human Resources Business Partner teams to identify organizational challenges
- Conduct thorough assessments of organizational health, culture, and effectiveness
- Deliver 1:1 and team coaching engagements at the executive level
- Develop evidence-based leadership programs to create measurable impact
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leadership and organizational development
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- 5+ years of experience in facilitation, consulting, and relationship-building skills
- 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certified in and experience debriefing 360 and other psychometric assessments
- 5+ years of executive-level coaching experience
