About the role

  • Customer Service Representative providing professional telephone support to German-speaking clients. Ensuring quality service while handling inquiries and documenting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide appropriate and professional telephone support to customers
  • Receive, process and fully resolve customer inquiries
  • Accurately document interactions in the system and perform systematic follow-up
  • Ensure compliance with defined service and quality standards

Requirements

  • Completed university degree (university/University of Applied Sciences) or Abitur (German secondary school leaving certificate)
  • Confident computer skills and proficiency with common IT applications
  • Previous experience in telephone customer service or a call center is desirable
  • High level of professionalism, service orientation and ability to work well in a team
