About the role

  • Payroll Specialist managing payroll for mid-sized businesses across the U.S. Handling full-cycle payroll using ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of full-cycle Weekly payrolls using ADP Workforce Now, including regular, off-cycle, and special payroll runs
  • Review and validate payroll data for accuracy, including hours worked, earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and benefit deductions
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies, tax notices, and employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with HR, Benefits, and Client Services teams to ensure payroll data aligns with benefits, leaves of absence, and HR changes
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, registers, and audit documents
  • Interact with Managers and employees as needed to ensure a high quality, error free payroll experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
  • Demonstrated experience running payroll in ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong understanding of wage and hour laws and payroll best practices
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude
  • Familiarity with benefits deductions, garnishments, and leave-related payroll impacts
  • Exposure to multi-state payroll processing
