Responsibilities
Realizar el check-in y check-out de los huéspedes de manera eficiente y amable.
Atender consultas y solicitudes de los clientes a través de diferentes canales.
Facilitar información sobre servicios del hotel y recomendaciones locales.
Gestionar reservas, modificaciones y facturación.
Coordinarse con otros departamentos para garantizar una estancia fluida.
Registrar y gestionar incidencias o quejas siguiendo protocolos establecidos.
Mantener orden e imagen profesional en el área de recepción.
Cumplir políticas de calidad, seguridad y estándares de Meliá.
Requirements
Experiencia previa en recepción o atención al cliente (deseable).
Nivel de inglés medio-alto; se valorarán otros idiomas.
Manejo de PMS (Opera).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en turnos rotativos.
