About the role

  • HR Business Partner managing HR for around 350 employees at IDEMIA. Collaborating with management on HR strategy and employee development in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the HR strategy for the scope
  • Support managers in developing their teams
  • Identify and track high-potential/talent employees
  • Support the rollout of compensation and benefits policies
  • Handle individual cases, including disciplinary matters
  • Implement the Division's HR processes
  • Prepare, lead and follow up on the Works Council (CSE)
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional HR projects

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a university or business school with a specialization in Human Resources
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with responsibility for an HR remit
  • Ability to work independently and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service orientation
  • Fluent in English
