Responsibilities
Contribute to the HR strategy for the scope
Support managers in developing their teams
Identify and track high-potential/talent employees
Support the rollout of compensation and benefits policies
Handle individual cases, including disciplinary matters
Implement the Division's HR processes
Prepare, lead and follow up on the Works Council (CSE)
Lead and participate in cross-functional HR projects
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a university or business school with a specialization in Human Resources
At least 5 years of professional experience with responsibility for an HR remit
Ability to work independently and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service orientation
