About the role

  • Sales Representative driving end to end sales for Medtronic’s Hugo business portfolio. Focusing on stakeholder relationships, product promotion, and market research.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end to end sales for Medtronic’s Hugo business portfolio
  • Drive strong product promotion, facilitate demos, prepare compelling commercial proposals and stay abreast with market needs and changing dynamics of selling capital units.
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including hospitals, physicians, and Radiology and Surgical personnel.
  • Conducts and/or evaluates market research including customers and competitors' activities.
  • Develops and/or implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years’ experience/High School Diploma with 10+ years’ experience/associate's degree with 8+ years’ experience.
  • Relevant sales experience within Robotics/Capital Sales/Surgical medical device
  • Able to travel up to 30% for work
