About the role

  • Clinical Territory Manager responsible for driving sales and market adoption of medical devices at MedRhythms. Leverage clinical expertise to educate and support healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, physical therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and the VA system.
  • Be a trusted clinical advisor to customers, providing in-depth training and ongoing education on patient selection, therapy implementation and proper use of our products.
  • Lead product demonstrations, trials, and evaluations to showcase the efficacy and benefits of our solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • Represent MedRhythms at various conferences, workshops, and events to promote products and establish brand presence.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a healthcare related profession required, with a strong preference for physical and occupational therapy.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales or related healthcare sales, with a focus on new product introduction.
  • Proven experience working directly with key stakeholders, including physicians, physical therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and the VA system.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business development and entrepreneurial strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in delivering training and educational sessions to healthcare professionals, with the ability to adapt and innovate.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient computer skills and comfortable working across multiple systems (CRM, Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
  • Comfort and ability to travel 50-80%.
