- Operational procurement & assortment management
- Responsibility for assortment planning: regular analysis, evaluation and optimization of our product portfolio
- Operational procurement: requirements assessment, supplier selection, negotiation of terms and ensuring optimal product availability
- Provide well-founded purchasing recommendations based on market, competitor and trend analyses
- Support strategic pricing and the operational implementation of pricing strategies
- Maintain and optimize product listings on relevant marketplaces and price comparison portals
- Close collaboration with the development team to further develop internal procurement tools
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and implement corresponding measures
- Ensure consistent and high-quality product data
- Analyze assortments and identify suitable complementary products
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in a business-related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in procurement, ideally in an IT or trading/retail company
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking and organizational talent
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
- Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
- High affinity for digital processes and automation
