About the role

  • Prospect, qualify, and build a steady pipeline of B2B leads through outbound outreach
  • Run discovery calls, understand client needs, and pitch tailored digital advertising and content solutions
  • Create proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline for predictable pipeline growth

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B outbound or sales development experience, preferably with digital products or services
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing and digital advertising fundamentals
  • A strong track record of outperforming quota expectations
  • Familiarity with digital media or publishing, or a strong interest in learning it quickly
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across email, calls, and live meetings
  • A self-starter mindset, comfortable operating with autonomy and navigating ambiguity
  • Strong CRM discipline and the ability to forecast and manage your pipeline with data
  • A growth-oriented mindset, coachable attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • A bias for action, with the ability to move quickly, test ideas, and adapt based on results
  • Resilience and persistence, especially in outbound sales where consistency drives performance
