About the role

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the coordination and execution of print and digital campaigns production across the US market.
  • Managing key external production partnerships (including publishers and vendors).
  • Ensuring seamless delivery across multiple channels.
  • Supporting the lifecycle of campaigns from pre-launch through execution and post-launch.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party partners and vendors.
  • Communicate updates regarding new titles, launch dates, and schedule changes.
  • Overseeing crisis management for production-related issues, including reprints, copy errors, and shipment delays.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in production, marketing operations, or campaign management (agency or media experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of print and digital production workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and platforms (e.g., Airtable, Filestage).
  • Experience with social media and press release processes a plus.
  • Calm and solution-oriented under pressure, especially during high-volume campaign periods.
