Responsibilities
Manage a team of Business Configuration Analysts focused on the accurate and timely configuration of business rules
Oversee daily operations, ensuring data integrity, compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Prioritize work to meet evolving business demands while maintaining optimal turnaround times
Monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, quality, and client service outcomes
Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and the team

Requirements
University degree in business administration or college diploma in a related field or equivalent
5+ years of experience in group insurance and in employee management
2+ years in a leadership or team lead role
Strong understanding of operational workflows, client onboarding methodology, eligibility and claims processes
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with business intelligence tools (an asset)
Basic understanding of data privacy and security standards
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
