Analyst supporting implementation of insurance contracts for MDS Brazil. Focusing on customer experience and managing project integration and execution within defined timelines.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation of benefit contracts (SME, Middle, or Corporate), both insurable and non-insurable, working across all stages of the process to ensure accurate integration and implementation of products and services.
Monitor the implementation schedule, tracking milestones and SLAs to ensure on-time deliveries and prevent delays.
Verify the carrier's asset base and the first billing through data and documentation analysis to ensure compliance and accuracy of client information.
Assist in mapping clients' internal routines and align them with consulting areas through meetings and process surveys to ensure integration and clarity in implementation procedures.
Assist in validating the implementation layout (consulting model) through critical analysis and adjustments with the client to ensure processes are correct and applicable.
Review the consulting commercial and technical proposals by thoroughly examining documents to ensure all client requirements are met.
Receive and manage digital signatures via the consultancy platform to formalize agreements and mandatory documentation.
Guide clients on operational routines and billing through trainings and communications to promote autonomy and correct use of benefits.
Support the preparation and customization of implementation communications and materials by personalizing templates to ensure clarity and consistency.
Lead or participate in internal kickoffs and meetings with clients and carriers, aligning expectations and strategies to ensure mutual understanding and effective implementation planning.
Check deadlines and outstanding items with the carrier through continuous follow-up to keep the project on schedule.
Request information from the carrier and/or client regarding claims and concessions (excluding commercial matters) through direct contacts and demand tracking to ensure clarifications and proper progress of requests.
Support the development of communication materials by creating and customizing templates and content to ensure clarity, standardization, and effectiveness in client communications.
Assist in implementation briefings by delivering presentations and in-person or virtual trainings to enable clients and employees to correctly execute processes.
Support internal operational meetings with carriers and clients by providing strategic alignments and technical discussions to ensure integration, informed decisions, and efficient progress of implementations.
Support the creation of reports and analysis of area metrics by maintaining accurate data in the consultancy's systems, ensuring the veracity of information in accordance with contractual rules and mapped client routines.
Perform registrations and updates in the consultancy's tools by recording client data and routines for contracts, subcontracts, and beneficiaries to ensure updated and consistent information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Health Plans, Dental Plans, Life Insurance, and Supplementary Health.
Experience in the insurance sector with implementation of SME contracts.
