Responsibilities
- Identify and design solutions by gathering requirements, assessing requests, analyzing processes, and advising internal clients to ensure alignment with the company’s systems, working under occasional guidance.
- Provide technical support to users for medium and occasional high-complexity solutions related to installed systems and applications, interconnected corporate systems on the network, departmental equipment and their underlying software, etc., acting under occasional supervision.
- Handle requests and provide solutions, ensuring correct operation and that systems adhere to CNU business rules and comply with requirements from ANS and Unimed do Brasil.
- Develop implementation, rationalization and process redesign projects of medium and occasional high complexity, including system development and integration; monitor projects and participate in regular meetings for project control and monitoring.
- Plan, execute and control projects together with business areas and IT service providers.
- Understand and analyze requests, forward them for development to internal analysts or third parties responsible for the organization’s computerized systems, receive systems and applications and carry out their respective deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
- Knowledge of Liferay 4.0.
