Responsibilities

  • Ensure the supply of materials and management of suppliers so that all processes are carried out in an orderly manner (costs, productivity, etc.) and authorized within the stipulated deadlines;
  • Conduct inventory assessments to ensure the supply of materials and suppliers that do not need to be made available for internal use by the logistics area;
  • Monitor the procurement process, ensuring payment deadlines are met and new products are registered;
  • Support the development and updating of the product allocation matrix;
  • Interface with teams to ensure the accuracy of service-front data;
  • Control and monitor the tracking and performance of projects, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met;
  • Prepare and control the storage and distribution of materials and products, covering inventory assets, storage scenarios, product adoption, raw materials, and miscellaneous materials;
  • Issue and control purchase orders for acquisitions, supplies, and materials within required delivery deadlines;
  • Support updating the area's KPIs through dashboards (Power BI) and results presentations;
  • Update the area's dashboards in systems, ensuring the integrity of the information.
