Responsibilities
Develop and deliver regular training that reflect research findings, promoting continuous team updates and correct implementation of strategies;
Ensure that both areas (sales and trade marketing) fully understand the strategies being implemented, promoting clear and aligned communication;
Serve as a point of reference to clarify doubts, provide support, and offer guidance to the company's various departments;
Ensure the segmentation process is running smoothly, maintaining the research database, results, and KPIs;
Accompany the sales team in the field to ensure correct application of company strategies and provide support in understanding processes;
Monitor and organize activities such as FDS updates, requesting and approving new MPDVs (POS materials/displays), trainings, and other sector-specific needs;
Maintain and perform necessary adjustments to the database on the company's platform related to samples and new products, ensuring data accuracy;
Manage the Channel-Suggested Portfolio, derived from segmentation, assigning requests to each involved area, developing the schedule, and providing biweekly reports to executive leadership and strategic managers so that each customer, according to their purchasing behavior, has a specific suggested portfolio for the commercial team to work on;
Monitor and interpret performance data to provide relevant information to various departments, facilitating strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields;
Advanced Excel skills (a skills test will be applied);
Familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools and BI tools is desirable;
Experience in commercial data analysis;
Analytical profile; enjoys routine work, focused and open to learning new demands of the area;
Valid driver's license (category B);
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour break;
