About the role

  • Junior Copywriter developing engaging copy across various channels for clients in Dubai. Collaborating with a Junior Art Director to create impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop ideas in partnership with a Junior Art Director.
  • Write clear, engaging copy across digital, social, print, film, and experiential channels.
  • Contribute to campaign concepts, headlines, scripts, and longer-form copy.
  • Take part in brainstorms, reviews, and creative discussions.
  • Adapt ideas to different brand voices and audiences.
  • Take feedback onboard and apply it thoughtfully.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years’ experience in an agency or relevant creative environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and writing craft.
  • Strong command of English, with sensitivity to tone and nuance.
  • Curiosity about culture, brands, and how ideas land in the real world.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
