About the role

  • Assistant Account Executive supporting strategic communications for clients tackling complex global challenges. Involved in full campaign lifecycle, contributing ideas, and ensuring high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver with precision. Own timing plans and status reporting with confidence. Ensure immaculate formatting and presentation across all outputs, and coordinate meetings seamlessly so every session runs smoothly and purposefully.
  • Elevate every output. Constantly look for ways to strengthen the work – sharper decks, smarter formats, compelling mood boards, insightful vox pops. No idea is too big or too small if it improves the end result.
  • Fuel creative energy. Proactively source inspiration for your teams. Bring fresh inputs that unlock better thinking and help keep the creative momentum high.
  • Champion clarity. Produce clear, concise reports that distill complexity into actionable insight. Communicate thoughtfully and confidently, whether one-to-one or in a wider forum.
  • Engage with strategy. Take an active interest in the “why” behind the work. Develop a strong understanding of the strategic foundations and contribute your perspective with confidence and conviction.
  • Find your voice. Get passionate about the work. Develop a clear point of view and share it – we want your perspective to be heard and felt in the room!

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in Politics, History, International Relations, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • A practical understanding of how agencies work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: clarity, confidence, and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • The right to work legally in the United States.
  • Bonus points if you have: Spanish language skills (working knowledge or fluency), Knowledge of or interest in countries across Latin America
