About the role

  • Aesthetics Customer Care Representative focused on answering customer calls and managing Salesforce cases. Responsible for order processing, customer support, and collaboration with team members to resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls directly from the phone queue
  • Enter orders, initiate return requests, track order progress
  • Provide information as requested from the customer
  • Monitor and resolve assigned Salesforce cases within SLA
  • Manage any stretch projects or assignments given by supervisor
  • Treat all customers with empathy and strive for first call resolution

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / College Degree Preferred
  • General Computer and Keyboarding Skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills – Word, Excel (ability to filter and find), PowerPoint
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work within given Schedule Adherence tolerances
  • Well Spoken and a Clear Communicator
  • Customer Service Experience Preferred
  • Works well in a team driven environment
  • Strong Sense of Urgency
