About the role

  • Project Manager handling technical and commercial responsibilities for sprinkler modifications. Managing repair orders and ensuring project compliance while liaising with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple projects involving sprinkler system modifications
  • Handling repair orders from preparing related quotations through to final acceptance
  • Ensuring contract-compliant project execution with respect to schedules, costs and revenues
  • Change order management
  • Maintaining contact with customers and participating in construction/site meetings

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or (Industrial) Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
  • Further qualification as a certified technician or master craftsman
  • Some professional experience, ideally with sprinkler systems
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software, and proficiency with MS Office
  • Structured and results-oriented working style
  • Communicative, solution-oriented and enjoys working in a team
