Benefits
Respectful collaboration: Flat hierarchies, appreciative leadership and transparent decisions — what counts here is your ability, not your title.
Real flexibility: No core working hours, home office and in many positions location-independent work — for greater freedom in your job.
Learning & development that’s enjoyable: Learning Weeks with top speakers, AI courses on our Switch platform or LinkedIn training including a paid photoshoot — we want to help you grow.
A culture that connects: Foosball evenings, team challenges, our big annual Celebrate party and regular feel-good activities — for more community and team spirit.
International projects with a wow factor: Our talent works on exciting projects — from Vienna to Madrid to Namibia — with ever-new and challenging assignments.
Mental health & wellbeing in focus: Through OpenUp we offer access to sessions with psychologists, coaching and meditation — because your mental health matters to us.
Sustainability with real impact: Our CSR team actively supports cleanup actions, donation projects, our MCI book club and much more — sustainable action is our mindset, not a trend.
Equality is a given: We offer fair salary bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunities and diversity are part of our reality.
An office that feels like home: Modern technology, cozy seating areas, phone booths, a hanging seat — we provide everything so you can perform at your best. And yes: your pet is welcome!
More than just a salary: 30 days vacation (full-time), paid special leave, JobRad company bike leasing, subsidy for the Deutschlandticket — so you get the support you want.
Family-friendly in practice: We know family comes first. Whether parental leave, childcare subsidies or short-term time off — we support you so you can be there for your family without having to compromise professionally.
