About the role

  • Junior Project Manager planning and executing creative live experiences for clients. Involved in project management, client relations, budgeting, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • You plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
  • You take the lead in implementing creative event concepts, ensuring unique experiences and satisfied clients.
  • You build and maintain client relationships within your projects, provide tailored guidance and advice, and lead project meetings.
  • You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
  • You prepare cost estimates for new proposals, monitor your budgets and handle project billing — including reporting and documentation.
  • You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Ideally some professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
  • Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business-minded thinking
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel
