Junior Project Manager planning and executing creative live experiences for clients. Involved in project management, client relations, budgeting, and team coordination.
Responsibilities
You plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
You take the lead in implementing creative event concepts, ensuring unique experiences and satisfied clients.
You build and maintain client relationships within your projects, provide tailored guidance and advice, and lead project meetings.
You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
You prepare cost estimates for new proposals, monitor your budgets and handle project billing — including reporting and documentation.
You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Ideally some professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business-minded thinking
Willingness and enthusiasm to travel
