About the role
- Quality Analyst managing communication with suppliers and handling raw material compliance. Processing data using ERP systems and working cross-functionally with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Communicates effectively by e-mail, phone and in person with internal stakeholders, external vendors of raw materials and other departments
- Collection, processing of raw material and supplier related data in associated systems, e.g., SAP, DevEX, Intelex
- Monitor mailbox and platforms, identify requested documentation or data
- Work cross-functionally with TSS departments, internal stakeholders, suppliers to obtain required information
- Support small size projects and lead activities related to data collection
Requirements
- Experience in Food Industry or similar area
- Fluent English is a must
- Good analytical skills
- Organized, methodical, detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, with high sense of urgency
- Proactive and flexible approach
- Good oral and written communication skills
