About the role

Requirements
- Solid experience in data analysis and KPI management.
- Highly analytical, investigative, and process-oriented profile.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Organizational skills, sense of ownership, and ability to prioritize.
- Good communication skills for interacting with operations, leadership, and vendors.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Data Studio, or equivalents).
- Proactive profile with strong communication and logical reasoning for problem-solving.
- Strong analytical capacity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage dynamic demands.
- Experience with SLAs, controls, audits, and performance management.
- Experience in Facilities, especially employee shuttle services and restaurants/food services.
- Knowledge of service contracts/agreements.
- Experience with governance, quality, or PMO.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (Apps Script, Power Automate, etc.).
