Analista de Endpoint Sec managing Endpoint Security solutions and incident responses. Proposing improvements while supporting internal infrastructure and client servers.
Responsibilities
Deploy and manage Endpoint Security solutions such as EDR, XDR, MDR, OS and third-party software patching, software compliance, and related tools.
Manage requests and incidents in internal and client environments related to Endpoint Security, servers, access, and Active Directory.
Propose improvements to solutions and client support processes.
Manage patching and troubleshooting for updates on Windows and Linux environments.
Perform operational infrastructure routines for Windows/Linux server operating systems, including:
Checking uptime, service status, capacity, and related metrics.
Problem and risk management.
Manage Windows servers (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
Manage VMware ESX and ESXi hosts.
Support AWS servers and tasks such as server provisioning, server maintenance, and application support as needed.
Recommend adjustments and enhance server capacity based on client and internal architecture.
Update/upgrade firmware, software, and drivers.
Troubleshoot servers and analyze logs to identify errors or blockages and propose fixes or workarounds.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree completed.
Experience and skills with asset, patch and vulnerability management tools (Tanium, Nessus, IBM BigFix, ManageEngine).
Experience and skills with Endpoint Security tools (Tanium, ManageEngine, Sophos, Fortinet).
Experience managing user directories (Samba, Azure AD, on-premises Active Directory), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP.
Experience with Windows and Linux servers and VMware server environments.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and methodologies.
Differential: Experience with Tanium or ManageEngine is a plus.
