Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and quality-related queries for assigned customer accounts
Communicate daily with internal stakeholders and external customers via email, phone, and in person
Prepare and review finished product specifications in both McCormick formats and customer-specific portals
Deliver customer-required documentation: GMO, religious compliance, diet suitability, questionnaires, pest control
Manage medium-sized customer projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to the EMEA Consumer & Foodservice CTS Supervisor
Support product development, commercialization, and customer audits related to quality queries
Identify and propose opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working
Requirements
High university diploma in Food Science or related field (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field (preferred)
Experience in the food industry preferred (QA, Technical, R&D, Customer Service)
Knowledge of ISO, BRC, or IFS quality systems preferred
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills
Highly organized, methodical, detail‑oriented
Ability to multitask with effective prioritization and urgency
Team-oriented with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Statistical and project management skills
Fluent English and Polish (required)
Additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German) are an advantage
