About the role

  • Customer Technical Services Analyst at McCormick managing customer technical and quality-related queries. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and providing insights for product development.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and quality-related queries for assigned customer accounts
  • Communicate daily with internal stakeholders and external customers via email, phone, and in person
  • Prepare and review finished product specifications in both McCormick formats and customer-specific portals
  • Deliver customer-required documentation: GMO, religious compliance, diet suitability, questionnaires, pest control
  • Manage medium-sized customer projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to the EMEA Consumer & Foodservice CTS Supervisor
  • Support product development, commercialization, and customer audits related to quality queries
  • Identify and propose opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working

Requirements

  • High university diploma in Food Science or related field (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the food industry preferred (QA, Technical, R&D, Customer Service)
  • Knowledge of ISO, BRC, or IFS quality systems preferred
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills
  • Highly organized, methodical, detail‑oriented
  • Ability to multitask with effective prioritization and urgency
  • Team-oriented with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Statistical and project management skills
  • Fluent English and Polish (required)
  • Additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German) are an advantage
  • Advanced computer literacy: Excel, SAP, Outlook, Lotus Notes, Devex desirable
  • Understanding of specific food safety management issues, product composition
