Responsibilities
Deliver client implementations.
Deploy the Maxa product while providing an outstanding client experience that turns our clients into advocates.
Work in partnership with CFOs and controllers to modernize their financial reporting infrastructure.
Design financial data models.
Synthesize and validate rigorous business requirements through interviews.
Translate complex accounting requirements into technical specifications.
Promote the methodology.
Document best-practice models.
Requirements
CPA (or CMA/CFA) with 10–15 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or corporate finance.
Deep expertise in financial consolidation, variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and management reporting.
Strong familiarity with financial and operational systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) and processes (O2C, P2P, R2R).
Expert in workshop facilitation.
Comfortable with SQL and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
Strong client relationship management skills.
